Fall is Around the Corner!

Recently, I read an interesting article on homeowners’ preparations for the fall season and found some helpful hints, including checking batteries in smoke alarms, painting outside trim and yard fixtures, mulching, pruning, removing debris, cleaning gutters and downspouts, and preparing to close pools (as applicable). Over the next few months, the CHOA Board will be involved in some of these fall projects for the neighborhood. We are looking to mulch the entry island and trim tree limbs on the left and right flanks. When you see the notifications, please join us.

The number one activity that most people overlook, however, is cleaning out the clutter stored in garages, closets, attics, etc.—Imagine that! The article went on to suggest a motivation technique--a community yard sale. Good idea! So, if you have items to sell, mark your calendar for the Annual Creekside Fall Yard Sale, which will be held on Saturday, November 2, beginning at 8 a.m.

It is always a pleasure to welcome new CHOA Board Members. Please join the CHOA Board in congratulating Kerwin Iglesias and Randi Parker for their recent election. Both Kerwin and Randi bring demonstrated business and social leadership skills to our team. We look forward to serving our Creekside neighbors better with their help.

May 2024
Today SCDOT cleared out the trenches at our front entrance.  Heavy rains have caused so much erosion in the areas past the trenches.  Even to the backyards of the first houses on each side of our road coming in & going out.

More work to do up there.  But this was the important part.

🇺🇸🇺🇸Happy Fourth of July🇺🇸🇺🇸

Our Creekside neighborhood held our 4th of July parade, June 30th.
Thank you to the Kostner’s for hosting the gathering at their house.  Everything was set up so nice & comfortable.

Jimmy Everhart, once again organized the parade.  Thank you Jimmy!

Also, thank you to “Prestigious Golf Carts” for sponsoring this event.
